Teen Parents: We are happy to announce that we have a Teen Program this coming year! We have lots of exciting things planned! Our Parent TEEN Leaders Team, who have met over the summer, prayed and are planning events and activities that your teens will enjoy and learn! For their formation this Autumn, and with the changes of the Mass coming up in Advent, starting in September-November, we will ALL(the parents & whoever wants to join us) be learning about THE MASS and the new changes in it with them! At a time when teens are questioning why they have to go to Mass, this excellent DVD series will give them all the great reasons WHY to go to Mass and give them a biblical understanding of how our Mass came to be and the new changes in it! This will take place in the Main Hall during the 2nd hour and will start promptly at 2:30pm-3:30pm. Guests are invited! Your teens and your family will truly enjoy this and come away with a new love and zeal for celebrating the Source and Summit of our Catholic tradition! There will be TEEN discussion groups(15min) with their peers after it is over and time for fellowship afterward with a snack. Through out the year, there will be fun activities too! Look for the written announcements in the bulletins/website calendar. If you have not heard, we started serving the poor this summer and with the positive response, we will be serving on a monthly basis and encourage you to join your teens to help serve! Fun activities, such as Airworx and the Progressive Dinner, has already taken place this summer and more exciting things to come! We are also planning other extracurricular "formational" events randomly throughout the year that fit your teen's schedules that they will love and enjoy to further spur their faith and love for Jesus and to take steps to grow in virtues as young adults! If you are bringing guests, Guest parents coming with their teens is highly encouraged! please contact Pam Looker so we can plan appropriately!

Dear brothers and sisters,

Here is a little news in thanksgiving for all those who prayed for Marisa's passage to the Monastery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was warmly welcomed by 8 nuns (5 younger ones) and is so grateful to be there. She is wearing a postulate habit and was allowed to keep her name, Sister Josefina Rose. The prioress has been there for 60 years and is full of the love and joy of the Lord! Know that she is praying for all of you and continues to ask for your prayers as well.

Thank you for all your love support and prayers!

Love, Tom and Jeanne Butler
